Integrating JotForm and ActiveCampaign

Hi there,

Support at ActiveCampaign can't help and have asked me to check with you why I can't seem to integrate the two.

I can input and authenticate the ActiveCampaign API url and API key but it all goes wrong at the next stage...

I can:

*Select create/update a contact

*Select list

*Select tag

But when it come to "Match your ActiveCampaign fields to your JotForm fields" the drop down doesn't work and I can't make a selection.

Consequently, I can't complete the integration I need and you can see a series of errors on the dashboard.

I was so sure that I'd integrated these successfully a couple of weeks ago, but it became clear recently that they're no longer connected and this problem has been persisting for several days.

Obviously, I'd really appreciate some help fixing it now, but I'm also wondering what caused it to disconnect and I'm afraid that it might happen again in the future.

I have checked the provided form and the problem is that you don't have any fields in it. If you wish to map the field from the form to the field from your ActiveCampaign, you need to add email field to the form.

When the user enters the email and submits the form, it will also be sent to ActiveCampaign. You can click here for additional information.

That's right - no email field.

Someone at ActiveCampaign has helped me - it seems that the instruction for where to perform the integration isn't clear.

I'd kept creating (as prompted to do so) a new form and that's where the problem lay. Meanwhile, I had no idea that I was in the wrong form.

My problem is solved, thank you, but I guess it might be nice for someone else to not have to spend so many days trying over and over again.
