my forms were just disabled, cant tell why

    i imported a new form and that one and the others were disabled

    As per the review on your account, one of your forms with an ID 201754018099154 detected to collect login credentials which violated our Terms of Use.

    Online Form Builders, including Jotform, are sometimes being used for identity theft and we go to great lengths to prevent this. That is why collecting these types of data is considered as phishing activity, as stated in our terms of use.

    Although you already deleted the form, our phishing detector can still detect it as it still in the trash folder. We will only lift the suspension on your account if you agree with our terms and allow us to purge the offending form in your trash.
