Form submissions not sending Notificaitons

    Hello,

    We have had several patients complete two forms and we are receiving both forms.

    We have checked the email address and all is correct.

    Can you please let us know are you not receiving Notification emails? Are you able to see submissions from the Submissions or Inbox page?

    Can you please send us the IDs of submissions you did not receive? You can click here to see where to find the submission ID.
