Can you prepopulate a form?

Yes you can.
Have a look at this form. Now have another look at it. What changed? In the second form, the URL was appended with a question mark followed by other characters. To do this with one of your own forms, you will need to check the source to get the correct attributes. In other words, while "email4" works in the example it may be "email3" in your form. (If you view the source of the example form, you will see "fullName3[first]", "fullname3[last]", "email4" and "comment" associated with the respective inputs.)
Additionally, certain fields can be pre-populated in the JotForm form builder by clicking on the field, clicking the "Default Value" toolbar button and entering the text there.
Does this correctly address your question? If not, please elaborate.
