Form Updates are not exported to Google Drive

Hi there,

We have a few forms that are exporting submissions as pdfs to Google Drive. We made some updates to the forms (for COVID reasons) and we have discovered that non of these updated fields are being exported on the pdf. We tried removing and recreating the integration, but that did not work.

Any ideas?

For the forms where you made some changes and those changes are not visible on PDFs uploaded to Google Drive, please try to update PDF templates used by Google Drive using the PDF editor. Please check my demo screencast below:

Please create a new PDF document and remove the old one (as shown in my screencast), then make a test submission and check if the issue still persists.
