How to not keep displaying the header from the 2nd page on the 3rd page

Hello,

My 3rd page keeps displaying the "Contact for Parent" header from the 2nd page. How do I make it not show on the 3rd page?  See attached screenshot.

I checked your form but could not replicate the issue on Page 3. However, I noticed that the said header temporarily displays on Page 1 while the page has not completely loaded.

Kindly review your Form Tabs widget on the Tab Titles that you'd like to display. Please make sure the number of titles corresponds to the number of pages on your form.

Also, if you do not wish to display the headers, you can instead set the Allow the Form Heading to be shown above the tabs? option to No.

Changing th form heading to No fixed the issue.
