My colleague can't see the assigned forms

I just assigned a form to a colleague in my organization, my intention is to allow him to fill out the form in offline mode (with the jotform app). He received the email invitation, but when he opens the invitation the form is nowhere to be found , the form is also not available for him in the app. Am I missing something?

Kindly have him follow the steps within the guide below to view the Assigned Forms:

Accessing-your-assigned-forms

Within the mobile app, please have him make sure to click on the upper left link to select the Assigned Forms folder.

Then to fill out the form while offline, please have him check this guide:
