I am creating an Assessment survey.  Each answer has a follow-up question with 6 choices. I want that every time they choose from the 6 choices, it will be tagged as 1 point.   By the end of the survey, it will sum up the scores. It will only show the TOP 3 highest scores and convert it into Pie graph.   Is this possible?1593057813Snip jotform Screenshot 101593057826snipspeakthrough Screenshot 21

Please allow me some time to create a demo form for you. Will get back to you afterwards.

Please see my demo form here: https://form.jotform.com/201760462553957

Basically, you will have to add one field per option of each of your Dropdown field. Then update its value to 1 thru conditions whenever the value is selected within the Dropdown.

Then add one Form Calculation widget per dropdown option to calculate the total.

With this process, since you have 6 options, and 9 dropdown fields, you will have to create 54 conditions.

You can clone the demo form to check it's internal setup.

As for the Thank You page, unfortunately, I am having a hard time covering all scenarios in ranking the results, also, please note that it is not possible to display a chart/graph within the Thank You page.
