Account Transfer

I transferred a form from one account to another and can't see the form anymore help?

Please provide the username of the account where the form was transferred and the form number or URL. 

Also, I do not see any form transfer request in any of your tickets. Can you please explain how the form was transferred?

Okay, standby.  Let me retrieve the information

Okay, this is  tough to see.  I will make this easy.  Within Jot forms Support Forum search, type the name "andrecanderson"  You will see where I made the request to move a form from andrecanderson@gmail.com to policingpartherships@gmail.com.  The jotform person "roneet" made the transition and it was completed and now I can't see the transfer.

Once the transfer took place, I deleted the form within the andrecanderson@gmail.  If you need to find the form to transfer it, you will need to look into the trash/deleted form from andrecanderson and move it back to policingpartnerships@gmail.com

I checked your account and it looks like the form you're looking for (201636356997064) is already there, just in the Trash Folder.

Kindly restore it from the trash and you're good to go.
