I have gender dropdown in configurable list widget. Is it possible get the count of males/females?

to follow up on another query here, i have gender drop-down in the configurable list.

is there any way i can count how many males/females in that particular form.

i tried but could not achieve it.

any ideas or suggestions?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to add any calculation or condition to count the dropdown values of configurable list widget. 

To achieve such requirement, you need to add regular fields and display them side by side. You can then add condition to user's answer in field.
