Update to my last question... It seems the notifications have not been working since 7/3/2013

    I have compared submissions on your list with actual recieved submissions in our email system and it looks like it may have stopped for me on 7/3/2013

     

    It works fine with the test email address. Just nothing with the actual recipient.

    We are truly sorry about this issue and for the inconveniences that may have caused.

    This issue was due to a technical  problem in our servers that was affecting our email notification system. But now that has been fixed.

    We would appreciate you to share with us your email addresses that have been blocked to remove them from the bounce list and resolve your issue.
