files submitted through my jotbox form do not appear in my dropbox folder. I have integrated the form with my dropbox account using the instructions.

    Hi Lothar,

    First off, I would suggest to check your Dropbox Integration Folder Names, here's a guide: Upload to Dropbox with JotForm

    Second, Dropbox Integration has limits, make sure not to bypass this to avoid missing files.

    1. Upload not more than 10 files on the form. Dropbox only accepts a maximum of 10 uploaded files. If the user uploaded more than that, they will not be forwarded to your Dropbox account.

    2. Maximum file size is 150MB. Please do not exceed this limit.

    I have also uploaded a test file to your form, please check it on your end.

    If you continue to have this problem, you may want to try Box Integration. This is almost similar to Dropbox but this has no limits on the number of uploaded files. JotForm now Integrates with Box.
