Tracking delivery

    I requested tracking for an online order from Courtesy Mask and I got a message from you about it.  But you never gave me the delivery info.  Just that you are tracking my order.  Please send me the info.  Thanks.

    Apologies for the inconvenience, the form might be using us to send out the emails but it is form owner who provides the actually tracking. I would suggest contacting the form owner regarding the delivery info as we are only the means form them to gather info.

    Can you share with us the link to the form you filled out?

    The company that I purchased from does not answer phone or email messages. At their site it says to track your order and this is what I get: See the bottom of the page at that link. After I fill that out I then get an email from you as shown in screen print below.

    Jotform is a form builder, please direct your concern to the form owner so they can assist you. Courtesymask only uses our service to collect forms, any other inquiries / concern should be directly sent to them.
