Why am I not receiving my form submissions by email

    I would like to receive emails for form submissions, I used to receive them but now I don't and I don't know why. When I tried to set it up as suggested in FAQ it says the email is blocked please contact Jotform. Why is this, it hasn't been a problem before?

    I have removed your email from our bounce list.

    We are very sorry for any inconveniences that it may have caused you.

    We had problem with our Email System which caused this to happen. 

    But Everything is in order now. Our developers resolved the issue.

    Kindly test a submission and see if you can now receive a notification email.

    If problem persists kindly let us know so that we could further investigate.
