Invalid location ID - undefined error message on our form after submitting

    A customer attempted to order some spices off of my form but received an error code. I attached the photo to show what exactly he received. I am not sure if you are able to help me or explain what that means. Another customer ordered and the form processed it perfectly. So not sure if it has something to do with him. Thank you so much!

    As we check your Jotform, the Square account on your form is connected in Test mode.


    Please try connecting in Live mode on your form with the Square account so that it should be working fine. Also, please check if you have received the other order correctly in live mode.
