We would like to keep our premium plan

    "Currently your subscription has been cancelled and your account is back to free. You may upgrade back again in July". I do not understand.

    It is not what you said previously you told  : "they will either need to upgrade their account or wait till July 1, when the limits automatically reset.

    So we want to wait till July 1st and have our premium subscription back from July 1st as told.

    It wasn't downgraded, it still has the premium plan active. My colleague had certainly looked at this account which has a starter plan.

    Yes I was referring to reseaubarnabe account.
