Weebly: Unable to connect with Jotform

    On the website www.freshcupcakes.com, our Jotform forms suddenly stopped working. We had been using the Jotform app in Weebly for years without a problem. When we tried to reconnect to the Jotform app, it took us to a page that said "file not found." How can we reconnect our Jotform forms to our Weebly-based website?

    Can you please let us know on what page should the form appear? Additionally, can you please let us know the URL of a form that should appear on the provided page?

    As I tried checking the Jotform app from Weebly, it doesn't seem to be working as expected and could not authorize my Jotform account. Were you able to authorize your account and see the list of forms from the Jotform app in Weebly?

    Alternatively, you may embed the forms on your Weebly web page by using iframe embed code. Please see the guide below:

    Hi! No, when I tried to authorize my account from the Jotform app in Weebly, I received the “File not found” error page. (I sent you a screenshot).

    We apologize for inconvenience. We're not able to receive the screenshot image you mentioned. Can you please upload again. Use the link https://www.jotform.com/answers/2414395 to reply to this ticket, then use the Insert Image tool to upload screenshot image on your response.


    As to the issue, were you already log in to the Weebly app with jotform already added on the app? https://www.weebly.com/app-center/jotform

    I suggest checking also the user guide : Adding a form to your Weebly website

    Please let us know if issue persist even after doing all these already.

    Yes. Here you go! There are three screenshots in this: the first one on top (when I clicked to connect Jotform from within our Weebly apps), the second one in the middle (when I clicked Okay/Continue), and the third one at the bottom (which is what came up then).
