How do I retrieve my submissions

I’ve had over 8 submissions in last week and haven’t received any of them. Then when putting it in pdf form everything is out of order. Please help!

I checked and you have only one submission on your account. You received it last year. 

Do you maybe have some other account? Also, can you please tell us how do you know that you received 8 submissions last week? Can you also provide us a URL of the form to which the issue is related?

I submitted it 3 times, and 4 of my clients submitted... and then I had an
additional person submit as well

I tried to use your form and send a test submissions, but it doesn't have a submit button. Therefore, people are filling the form, reach the end but never submits it. 

To fix the issue, kindly add a submit button at the bottom of your form.
