Getting this error when I preview my form

When i try to preview the form im seeing this grey image, the screenshot is attached. I don't have any widget placed there. Can you please help in removing this

I cleared your form cache on our server. After that, I opened the form and I was not able to see the grey image error you're referring to. Here's a screencast of the form:

Please try opening the form using a different internet browser and see if the issue still persists.
