    I would like to speak with someone next week about how Jotform can help us streamline the products we use. We have used Jotform for about a year and have been really happy. I want to know what options are available as we move forward.

    We are in Salesforce NSPS.

    Right now, our volunteers navigate:


    •         Our Website for a volunteer app

    •         Sign-up.com for interviews

    •         Jotform for long application, post training surveys, event sign up

    •         Direct email for training sign up.

    •         Direct email for copies of DL and Insurance. 

    •         Adobe for signing match docs with multiple signers.


    We are also interested in adding a process that may need HIPPA security.

    Most of what you need above are possible in Jotform. If you are having difficulty setting up or implementing it with Jotform, please let us know and we'll try to help.

    I’m sorry to hear that. I was hoping a sales rep could answer some of my questions. Without in person support, I expect my boss will choose another product. Thank you. It’s been a great product this year.

    We have a Sales Contact request form here https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/ that you can fill out. However, this is for users who are interested in our Enterprise Plan.

    Although we are part of the Support Team, we can answer any pre-sale questions that you have in our forum. If you have time to write down your questions, we'll be more than happy to answer them here.
