Donation form

    Hello,

     

    I have set up a donation form. However, when the form is submitted, it takes me to this page. Can you help? Thank you!

    Hello,

    I understand that you are referring to the form "201768026827258". The payment field is setup correctly. So upon clicking the Submit button, users should be taken to the PayPal page for payment - which I believe is the same URL that you have shared.

    However, upon testing your form, PayPal shows an error:

    Could you check whether the email address that you have added into the PayPal payment field is correct?

    Also, could you check with PayPal support if there is any issue with your PayPal account which is preventing payment or showing this error?

    Hello,


    The email that I have put in does not have any problems in paypal. In the relay URL, I'm not sure what to put. The email I have is a personal account, not a merchant account as well.

    Hello,

    The URL is correct as when you click on Submit, that is the URL where users will be forwarded to, for making payment.

    This error that I received could be due to some issue on PayPal.

    I believe, by relay URL, you are referring to the IPN relay URL. That is usually used to identify the incomplete payments. You can know more about that on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ 

    It is not mandatory to fill in the relay URL while setting up the payment field.

    Do test and let us know if you are still facing any issues.
