I upgraded to Silver but it is not being applied to my account

    Hi there,

    I just upgraded to silver and paid via paypal however it is not applying to my account. Can you please help?

    Hello Beth,

    You are now subscribed to our Silver Plan. It is likely just a small delay in the upgrade process after the payment was made. It's all good now.
