Customers can't submit form

    Hi Team


    I created a membership form with a square subscription payment integration.

    I shared my form with my partner to let her submit a trial payment. When she filled out the form, everything seems to be working fine when she hits the final "submit" button. The button shakes as if triggered and then reverts back to its original status and nothing further changes.

    Can you help me with that?

    Hi Goetz - Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I can see that your form is correctly configured with Square to sell subscriptions. Did your partner encounter any error messages when he hit the submit button? If he did, kindly share the error message with us so we can investigate further.

    Please also try to clear the browser's cache and try submitting to the form again to check if it makes any difference. Alternatively, he can use a different browser and see if he'll be able to submit.
