Create Fillable PDF form.

Quick question: If we already have fillable forms hipaa compliant and want to use the same format we have on the pdf but add boxes in fillable places, can we do that? 

It seems that all you forms automatically convert, but we would rather keep our format already prepared? 

You can create a cloned version of your desired form, then create a fillable PDF form version associated to it as shown below:
