Dear Jot Form
We have had a number of employment application forms submitted via your website and when clicking on the link to view the candidates CV it appress with an error massage.
Please can you look into this for us?

Hi @Bradley
This error normally means that the files did not reach our servers. It could happen, for example, if a user submits the form while the attachment is not yet fully uploaded to the form.
I recommend you to ask the users to submit those files again to see if the same problem happens. You may provide them the edit link so they do not need to resubmit a new form.
First, you will have to find the submission ID following this guide:

Then, you may edit the following link to have your edit submission link:
wwww.jotform.com/edit/submissionID
If the issue persists, please provide us more details about how the users submit the form. For example, the browser they are using and if your form is embedded to a website. If that is the case, please share with us the link where it is embedded so we can try to replicate the issue.
