    Photo should be named Stephen Lencz.jpeg

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to rename the uploaded image?

    Unfortunately it is currently not possible to achieve your requirement. You can display a message in "Paragraph" field of form that file name should be in proper format.
