Do we have to pay VAT?

We've submitted an application for your nonprofit discount as we are a registered sports club in the UK.

Please also advise the position on VAT.

Hello Keith,

Please note that JotForm does not collect VAT or any tax to that extent. Tax, if any is collected only by the payment processors.

So when you upgrade, if any tax is collected, you would need to contact the concerned payment processor with proof of your tax exemption and then they would refund the tax amount (if collected).
