I am not getting my form submissions sent to my email address. I have checked the settings and the recipients email address is the correct address. Is there anything else I have to do or check?

hi, check that your sender is email@example.com.

On the 'Provide Sender and Recipient Details' window that pops up to enter the sender name, reply-to email and then the recipient E-mail I get a drop down menu for the Sender name and reply-to email. Within the Sender name drop down menu at the very bottom of the list I get 'JotForm' and on the reply-to email drop down menu, at the very bottom I get 'E-mail'. Neither of these drop down menus am I able to enter information in. So how do I enter in the email address you gave me?

I've check your mail logs and emails have been sent to your email address without any problems. Your settings are correct too.
I'd suggest checking your SPAM Folder. Whitelist Jotmails IP Addresses by following this guide: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.
