How to allow users to view the submissions data?

I'm creating forms to allow our residents to post items for sale.  Sort of our private Craigs List. I want everyone to be able to filter - such as Category and Price Range -and display/browse submissions.

Is HTML the best report to use?  Can our residents get into Submissions (run reports) without being in my master account? Or, how would it work?

Or, if you don't feel Jot is suitable, can you recommend an integration app?

Note: Other than Google Sheets or Excel  - not good with images.

The HTML Listing Report should allow you to share the data without asking users to log in to your account, another alternative is the Grid Listing report, here is a guide with more details about this: https://www.jotform.com/help/105-How-to-Create-a-Grid-Listing-Report

The reports can be password protected as well in case you need it.
