Payment Form: Is it possible to add "Pick Up" option and charge shipping according to the selection?

I am currently trying to offer a pick up option for spices on my form. I would like to eliminate the shipping charge depending if someone will choose that option. Is this possible without losing the way my form is already set up? 

Unfortunately, it's not possible to enable the shipping on your payment field and charge a fee based on the selection made on a field. I have been performing some tests, but the current shipping option does not support this, there does not seem to be a way to achieve this without changing the current payment structure.
