'Transaction refused' error message displayed after submitting the form

    All of our submissions are receiving this error when trying to pay with card:

    As we check your Jotform, it seems that you have removed the payment field from the form. Please try adding the payment field again and send a test submission to the form. Let us know if you still experience any issue so that we can check and assist you further.
