Why are our forms displaying not secure in the address bar?

Why are our forms not showing as secure in chrome or firefox?
Our customers are concerned that their data is not secure.

The issue seems to be with the image being used in the header of the form which is linked using http instead of https. Please try changing the protocol to https in the paragraph field as shown below so that it should be working fine.
