    I am trying to get my visitors to upload mp4 videos because we use flip video and kodak?


    Please let me know if you guys are planning on acception this format soon?

    Hi there,

    You can set your own allowed file formats for a form by doing the following:

    1. Open the form in the form builder and click on the properties icon for your file upload field.  It looks like a gear.  Select Show Properties from the drop down menu that appears.


    2. Click inside the Extensions field to make it editable and then add mp4 as an allowed file type.


    You will also probably want to increase the max file size (on the same menu) in order to allow larger uploads.
