My account has been suspended

    Hi,

    My account has been suspended. Please can you tell me how to reactivate it?

    This account is being used by the team at Seneca Learning to validate users' email addresses to transfer information between accounts.

    Thank you for your message.

    We have reviewed your account, and we unsuspended it. It is now fully active, and you won't have any problems accessing it. 

    Some of our users try to use JotForm services for spamming and phishing others. That's why we needed to create a strict algorithm to prevent them and suspend their accounts. 

    Unfortunately, it can sometimes make a mistake, what happened to your account.
