Upgrade to HIPAA compliant

    We have 2 accounts.  I need new Hipaa compliant forms so I created another account and planned to upgrade. But although I'm signed in to the new account, it keeps scanning forms in my old account to upgrade to compliance.  I only want this for the account labeled PGHNWV. It should be a separate log in from the other account.

    Do note that that each account is unique and will not have the same email address.

    To clarify, do you want to upgrade your account PGHNWV to HIPAA compliance but the other account is showing?

    If possible, kindly share a screenshot on the issue?
