How do we remove the password from the downloadable PDF with the form results?

I'd like to know how to remove the password from the downloadable PDF.

This is of great urgency - please reply as soon as possible.

I believe I followed up with your question via email as well. This is due to HIPAA compliance being enforced on your server. PDF's must be password protected in order to ensure that no PHI is sent via email. There is no option to disable that feature on HIPAA compliant server accounts.
