Account locked

    Now, I am getting the reset emails for my account. When I reset the password I am still getting the message that I am locked out. I need my client's information ASAP please help!

    Hi, thank you for reaching out to us,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. If you recently reset your password, please make sure you are using the most updated one. HIPAA compliance accounts are usually locked out after multiple failed login attempts. I have now flushed your login attempts, and you should be able to login now.
