The test email for my form went through but I have not received any emails for the forms that were submitted.
I have been able to receive the autoresponders for this form.

Have you checked the Spam or Bulk folders in your inbox?
There are times that the emails from JotForm are trapped in the spam filters.
I checked our mail logs and result shows that the email was sent:
