    How To Avoid Duplication While Printing Submission

    See screenshot. I have tested it with a number of submissions and I get the same message everytime.

    Hi James, I can see that you are having a Host Access Denied problem. This is something that our Development Team normally has to correct to fix the issue so I have opened up a Ticket about your problem. At the moment they are pretty busy so I would like to request a little bit of patience if you can give us any but they will get to your issue to resolve it as soon as possible for you.

    We apologize for this delayed response, brookvale. I was suspecting a delayed upload process from our back-end that might have caused this.  Were you able to get the file after a day?  If not, it's possible that the file got corrupted upon transit which failed to upload to the server.

    OK, found out why.....not great news for me.

    I did a test one, and it worked....as soon as I removed the submission from the list in jotform, the file no longer becomes available.

    I need to clear off the submissions each time I print them off so I know I wont print off duplicates the next time I come around to print them. 

    How can this be resolved?

    To avoid printing duplicated submission, you can try sorting them out by date before printing.

    Not going to work. Sometimes (say over the weekend) there will be 3 days worth of packs that need ding, with friday for examle already having printed the packs in the day, but the evening still needs doing on monday, and the rest of the weekend. 

    Also, some days we are so busy we may do 3 prints runs in the same day.

    Hi, For this you can use the flag in the submissions list.

    For Eg: Once you take the print you can set the flag which indicates that this submission was printed. So when you took print on next time you can refer that flags and choose the unprinted submission.

    OK great, so does this mean that when we click "download as CSV" any of the submissions with flags in, wont be part of that CSV?

    Hi, Do you mean printing the CSV file? The Previous answer that I given was, if you are printing directly from the JotForm Submissions. (Submission by Submission)

    Its Ok.

    If you are printing in timely manner, then as my colleague Jefrey said you can set the Time frame and download the file according to the Time Frame.

    If you are printing on the same day means, Upto My Knowledge, What you need is, finding the difference between the Previous Excel File and the New File. I did some search and found this method to find the difference between two Excel Files.

    Its all too impractical, I will have to remove the upload file feature for now. 

     

    Would be nice to see a featured added wich allows you to file the submissions to a different folder at the click of a button, as the only 2 options at the moment are keep or delete.
