Fields still appearing in email; background color won't change

    I'm having the following two issues:

    1.  The form background will not change to white. Even after adding CSS. The current background color has a light tan color: #ecedf3 but I would like it white or transparent. 

    2.

    I've selected 'hide empty fields' options in both the autoresponder and and notification areas but when I receive the email, fields that are empty continue to appear.  In both notifications, I've copied an HTML email design that's personalized for the client.  Does that have an impact on the 'hide empty fields' option?

    3.

    I'm redirecting the members to a thank you page I've create on a website. Is it possible to pass values from the form directly into that page to personalize it?

    Are you perhaps referring to a different form?

    If that's the case, please share the URL of the form you're working on. If the form is embedded, please share with us the URL of the page where the form is embedded.

    The space behind the form...it's a beige color.  It's showing in your screenshot.  Here's a screenshot from my end

    At this point, it's hard to guess what couldn't have caused the issue. It was probably a small glitch. Mostly an isolated case.
