    Hello. I am trying to use one of the forms to create for my website and there's an error within the form. When I test it out and click submit, it just says please wait and never does anything else. The form I am using is the COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver. I use wordpress for my website and the person investigated if the error was on their end but he said there's an error within the form.

    Hey there,

    I've just cloned your form and was able to send a test submission that went through instantly. You can clone the form and check it on your end if it is working or not.

    https://form.jotform.com/201829079764971

    Here is how you can clone a form from a URL:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    In case if it is not working then please allow us to send a test submission on the form so we can further investigate the issue.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Thanks.

    Hello. I appreciate you trying to help. I was able to clone like you said, but when I enter in the link to share on my website (https://form.jotform.com/201828681686164), it continues to say this block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed. However, when I preview the page, the form shows up, but after I submit a test run, it still does not submit though it just says please wait. If I open the form in a new tab, then I can have it be submitted, but that doesn't make sense to do so. If you go to my business website at www.healinggracetherapy.com and click on the covid-19 form you can see the form but it won't allow for anyone to submit it.

    Hey there,

    Thanks for writing back to us.

    Can you please try the following embed code on your website?

        <iframe

          id="JotFormIFrame-201827979612162"

          title="Laser COVID-19 Liability Release Form"

          onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)"

          allowtransparency="true"

          allowfullscreen="true"

          allow="geolocation; microphone; camera"

          src="https://form.jotform.com/201827979612162"

          frameborder="0"

          style="

          min-width: 100%;

          height:539px;

          border:none;"

          scrolling="no"

        >

        </iframe>

    Please let us know if this solves the issue.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Thanks.

    I copy and pasted what you gave me. There were alot of spaces in between so I edited the spaces (<iframeid="JotFormIFrame-201827979612162"title="Laser COVID-19 Liability Release Form"onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)"allowtransparency="tru"allowfullscreen="true"allow="geolocation; microphone; camera"src="https://form.jotform.com/201827979612162" frameborder="0"style="min-width: 100%;height:539px;border:none;"scrolling="no"></iframe>)

    However, it pops up an error and says please enter a URL.

    As we check the screenshot, it seems the input field is required to add only the form URL but not the complete embed code. It looks like that the form is embedded using form embed plugin. Please try embedding the form using default Javascript embed code by following the guide below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/4-Adding-Forms-to-Wordpress-org-Version

    Also, please make sure that you disable the form embed plugin to avoid conflicts.

    Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

    Thank you so much. So the link you gave me worked! I was able to do a test run of the form and it went through. So thank you for that!!

    I do have another question and this is regarding the look of the form when someone clicks on the link. It looks like it has a box around it and then it has Jotforms link down at the bottom. Is there a way to remove the box look and the jotform link? Below is a pic of what I am talking about.
