http://www.jotform.com//?formID=31086544281958 is not generating an email to us when a customer fills out a form to make a reservation. It had formerly worked fine but since July 5. I think the costumer is getting confirmation, I only know in one case that one was receved that we had not. This is a serious problem as customers are arriving thinking they have a reservation and we are unprepared.

Hello and we do apologize about that. We had a problem that occurred with our email notification system which caused issue during the mentioned timeframe but it has since been resolved. Can you please try testing this again and let us know if you are still having issues?

It appears to be working now. Howevre a heads up would have been nice as this caused some misunderstandins with customers. Can you descibe the problem and how we can avoid futore problems? do we need to whitelist emails?

We are truly sorry about this issue and for the inconveniences that may have caused.
This issue was due to Amazon made a change about the bounces API so our system was not adding all bounces to the bounce list correctly for a while, we learned about this when all of this started and that's why our bouncing system added hundreds of emails to the bounce list in the same day. But now, as my colleague said, that has been fixed already.
Nevertheless, our development team is working hard to provide permanent solutions that will avoid this issue happens again.
If you have email addresses that have been blocked, please share them with us and we will remove then from the bounce list for you.
