Thank you page not being displayed on mobile phones.

    Hi, My form works fine with when I click submit button on my Macbook but does not work on iPhone nor on any other android phone. To be specific, the THANK YOU. page is ont. being displayed instead the form just keeps displaying Please wait...

    PLEASE CHECK IT ON MOBILE PHONES. It works fine on PC. Also, The submit can be. clicked but the. thank you. page is not being displayed. It just. shows a please wait screen once submit is clicked.

    Hi!

    I tested a cloned your form on an iPhone, and I wasn't able to replicate the issue.

    Hi,  there....The. form still does not work cause i believe the timer widget is not getting loaded on the pages. It works well on the preview tab but unfortunately it does not work on mobiles. Android and iPhone. Also,  I cloned the form and the same problem persists...Can you please help me out...

    We had a little problem with forms yesterday that is now resolved. Can you please try to test your form again?

    If the problem is not resolved, would you mind if we make a test submission on your form to test it directly since I was also not able to replicate the problem?

    Thanks for the support.  Thank you page is getting displayed but theres a problem with the calculation. If all answers are correct, the score does not get displayed but if some of them are right, the score gets displayed.     There's a little problem with the calculation widget in the form. I see you have its result through conditional logic, but you also have an equation in it. I have removed that. It should work this time.

    I was able to reproduce the issue you have described but only if I submit the form without letting the Timer on the 50th question start counting.

    The Your Score on the last page is calculated conditionally if the last Number field in your form is filled. The last Number field in your form is filled only when the last Timer field is filled or started to count.

    To eliminate the issue, you can remove the first condition shown in the screenshot above on your form and have the calculation done within the Form Calculation instead.

    Hi, I really appreciate the help but unfortunately, I am still getting the same output wherein I answer it all but the score does not get displayed. I deleted the condition and used the form calculation widget and its still the same.  Not sure. what can be done. Can you please help me out.

    I checked the form calculation and it is configured properly. I also check the Thank You page settings and I don't see any issue. I cleared your form cache on our server and I submitted a test submission to your form. Here's the result:

    I was able to score 25. Could you please try it again? If the issue still persists, please let us know what device and internet browser you're using or any information on how can we replicate the issue.

    I just want to add this, I also submitted a test submission using Android Phone - Google Chrome browser and it is working fine on my end.
