I work for Harley-Davidson of Greensboro, and we continue to receive notifications of customers that are taking a survey that was displayed sometime between 2008-2011. This wouldn't be a big deal, except for the fact that they apprarently receive a coupon for service that is not valid. This has created much discontent with some of our customers when they realize that the coupon is invalid.
Here is a sample of the submission form that I receive:

In which form is this happening so we can check it here? Also, I am not quite sure what you mean exactly on the "expired survey is removed". If you mean delete your form submissions, you can do that in your form submissions page.
Also, we do not resend existing form submissions here. I have no clue what you mean on receiving old survey notifications. I would suggest to review that in your form.
