Background image doesnt display

hi ive added an image background on my form but its not displaying online, its desplays on the jotform as im builing in but not the live version or the preview???

Could you try clearing your cache/cookies and checking the page once again?

Just tried it on mobile and it’s there so maybe was a catcher issue

If no, I tried viewing the form using my android phone and it is working fine. May we know what mobile device and internet browser you're using so we can try to replicate it?
