New field added to the form is not being displayed in the Google Spreadsheet

    Hello

    I have added a field in my form but it is not showing on the spreadsheet of the google docs, similarly as the documents are being uploaded I am not able to see that on the google docs. What is the issue?

    When a new field added to the form, it shall be automatically synced to the integrated Google Sheet when a new submission is received to the form. Did you receive a new submission after adding the new field to the form? Also, please note that the Sheets integration may break if you make any changes to the integrated sheet manually. 

    If you still experience any issue with the Google Sheets integration, please try reintegrating Google Sheets to the form so that a new Sheet shall be created in your Google Drive to receive the submissions and should be working fine.
