Hi,
I have tried resetting password but did not receive any email, I also tried logging in via email but its also not working for me. Please help. Jotform email is the same as I am using now

Your account was put on an automatic suspension due to the password field(s) in your form.
Gathering this type of data violates our Terms of Use.
Asking for an access code to conditionally show/hide fields within your form is okay. However, you should refrain from using "password" as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector. Kindly change it to something similar, like "access code". Other than that, no other kinds of passwords or user credentials are allowed to be collected.
In order for me to reactivate your account, I have deleted the fields in your form that is created to collect passwords from respondents.
