Problems integration Power Automate Jotform connector not sending data to excel document

    Hi, 


    Jotform is failing in the integration with Power Automate. Same thing i read in other posts. The forms is triggered but the information dot not passes through PowerAutomate. Just the information about Submission ID, the Form ID and the Form Title. 

    Furthermore, I would suggest to charge the Submission ID format, Excel don't read more than 15 digits, and probably lot of user will try to integrate jotform with excel.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. May we know what app are you trying to integrate your form with through Power Automate, please? From what I understand, the output should be in an Excel format. May we asked where the Excel file will be or is saved, please? May we also ask how the flow is set up? You can send us a screenshot of how the flow is set up so we may use it as a reference when trying to reproduce the issue.

    Hi, i already provide you with the screenshot. The flow passes when a resubmitted the form from the jotform submissions. But it fails the trigger answering directly the questionnaire. The excel is located in the sharepoint.  The problem don't seem to be in the excel, but on capturing the information from the jotform. All answers look to be empty.

    Hi!

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. It looks like there is an issue with your connection. (Action Send an email failed) Could you try deleting and recreating your SharePoint connection and seeing if the problem persists?

    Dear Jimmy, what do you mean with deleting and recreating the Sharepoint connection? Do you mean the sharepoint or the power automate connection?

    Correct, please remove the connection to the Sharepoint in your PowerAutomate account, since is a 3rd party app we cant provide more details.

    Based on the error displayed on the last screenshot you shared.-

    (action 'send email (v2)' failed). 

    I recommend you contact Microsoft support for further assistance.

    Dear Jimmy, i don't care really about the fact that the fail is the action of send the email. that fails because jorform is not downloading into the power automate the email of the addressee, that is a questions of the form. The same thing happens with the rest of the questions of the form. None of the awnsers are downloaded into power automate, as i indicate in the screenshot I sent. The jotform connector is failing. The rest of the flow works.

    Dear all, 


    i have tried to trigger again the form, and now it does not pass through power automate at all. not even the form ID. 


    the form only runs in power automate through the "submissions" menu, re-running the form.

    Dear all, 

     The integration of JOTFORM with Power Automate got worse. Before i was able to run the flow by re-submitting the file in the "view submission" panel, but this is not working anymore at all. 


    Therefore i can conclude that in any of my flows JORFORM works with Power Automate.
