My account has been suspended and I do not know why

Hello,

My account has been suspended and am not sure why.

I use this account in order to accept donations for a group hosted by my church.

A donator tried to donate and they ended up seeing the screen provided by the following link. I am frustrated thinking that perhaps someone else has gone to donate and thought not to because they also saw the link, and did not try to get ahold of me.
