I worked overnight and did not shut down my computer so it can save everything. This morning, I looked and they were there. I ran PREVIEW and everything were all right until at one stage when I was working further when an message error said something like it's a long script and if I want to stop it. I clicked no and I went ahead. But this time, some of what I have done last  night were missing. Not only the conditions but also at least one text box!!

Can Istill retrieve them? Or do I need to start all over?

Are you saying your were not able to save the changes you did on the form?

Usually, the form builder is in autosave mode, and it tries auto saving the form changes from time to time. The last save point is probably the latest version of the form.

Unfortunatelly, you cannot restore a form on a specific save point.
You can undo changes, but this is only limited to some point in the saved form.

Hope this help. Please inform us if you need further assistance.

I found that I have a good one open on another tab – google chrome- while the error was observe in IE. I retrieve the good one from chrome but there is an error message that keeps coming back which I cannot understand as the txt box was black and the text message are garbled though I can somehow read my most recent entries were mentioned to have errors. When I click “OK” it will be gone but while I am working on it, everytime it will save it gives an error that it is not responding and asking me to either choose or end. When I choose “Wait”, it will be all right. I wonder if there is currently a problem in your system as I have not experienced this before.

Have you tried clearing your IE browsers cache and cookies? Is this happening to all your browsers? If it's happening on your IE then it might be an issue with your that browser. Do a reset on your browser and see if this fixed it.

We'd also recommend to use updated browsers like Chrome and Firefox as it's more powerful to handle latest javascript libraries used on the form builder.
